The day-to-day: Maintain a pipeline of quality candidates with various levels of experience Screen and interview applicants Proactively identify top talent through creative sourcing techniques and relationship building Identify/evaluate candidates strengths compared with Account Managers requirements Partner with Account Managers to define the positions and clearly understand the needs of the team and how it contributes to the organization Be able to learn, understand and communicate each job effectively and intelligently Outline expectations for the interview process and assist the hiring team in selecting the best qualified candidate for the position Connect with candidates using proactive sourcing methods, hiring events, and social networking and attract top talent for current and future opportunities What you will bring: Minimum 12 months experience in recruiting preferred Savvy with new technology and trends Strong interpersonal skills Experience with Bullhorn preferred Leadership qualities and proven track record Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail Our promise to you: Company sponsored events with a fun and team-oriented environment Remote work flexibility This role pays $50,000-60,000/year, depending on experience, plus commission Unlimited PTO AimHire is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
