Biotech Rec is proud to be supporting a global pharmaceutical leader on a landmark $1B+ greenfield CAPEX project in North Carolina.
We're looking for a Senior Project Scheduler with proven experience managing complex construction schedules to join the project team on an initial 12-month contract, with annual extensions expected over the next 3-5 years.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to work on a multi-year, high-profile greenfield build - a brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that will play a key role in global healthcare supply chains.
You'll be the scheduling lead, working across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, helping keep one of the most ambitious pharmaceutical builds in the US on track.
What You'll Be Doing: Building and managing detailed EPC schedules using Primavera and MS Project Tracking progress, forecasting timelines, and highlighting critical path activities Interfacing with cross-functional teams and contractors to maintain schedule accuracy Reporting to project leadership with clear updates and risk assessments Supporting ongoing project controls strategy for a complex, multi-phase rollout What You'll Bring: Extensive experience in project scheduling on CAPEX projects >$500M Strong command of Primavera and MS Project (essential) Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences projects Previous involvement in greenfield construction highly desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global project environment Contract Details: Initial 12-month contract Annual renewal expected for 3-5 years Highly competitive rate On-site role in North Carolina with potential for hybrid flexibility as the project progresses Apply now to join a flagship build that will shape the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing - or message us at Biotech Rec to learn more.
