Regional Territory Manager
will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence throughout the Houston (Pearland and Kingwood) territory. To drive business growth, the RTM will report directly to the Director of Growth and Development (DGD) and will frequently collaborate with the CEO to increase the overall volume of clinics. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Director of Growth and Development to determine key target referral sources to grow new patient wound care encounters and new patient HBO referrals. Develop relationships with referral accounts to provide education on Wound Care and HBO, ensuring consistent and meaningful interactions to increase volume. Provide feedback regarding industry needs to the R3 Marketing team to inform marketing campaigns and initiatives. Follow best practices of the Growth and Development team regarding documentation, referral provider follow-up, data integrity, expenses, and other areas as assigned. Set up at least one meeting per month for executive leadership and/or board members and/or DGD to meet with key account referring providers. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new patient volume, provider/self-referral, and market share to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or marketing. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Wound Care Industry. Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Solid understanding of the admission process and experience in managing patient transitions. Experience in physician recruitment and a strong network of healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
