Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling:
Support ODCIO SMEs in their planning and schedule development efforts.
Gather and consolidate multiple SMEs' schedule information into an ODCIO IMS to ensure traceability of milestones and maintain an accurate, up-to-date schedule.
Add, track, and maintain team actions using project management methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint).
Schedule Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze schedule data to assess critical path impacts to the program.
Ensure compliance with schedule quality standards in line with industry best practices.
Support the development of PowerBI dashboards sourced by the IMS for visualization and reporting.
Resolve schedule discrepancies and collaborate with other schedulers to address findings from the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-point schedule assessment (14 pt Analyzer).
Develop or assist in executive-level reporting as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of professional work experience. Proven experience in managing IT-related projects. Experience tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress for projects. Ability to coordinate across multiple projects and consolidate schedules, defining goals, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience drafting status reports and gathering requirements. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline, or 8 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Experience implementing electronic health records (EHR). Experience as a Master Scheduler.
