As a Financial Analyst II at Enru Logistics, you will play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and internal controls. You will conduct in-depth financial analyses to assess current and future financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively across departments. Responsibilities: Build and maintain detailed financial models to support revenue projections, pricing strategies, and investment analysis. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including income statements, balance sheets, and variance analysis. Develop and refine data-driven forecasts that inform strategic planning and resource allocation. Partner with department heads to analyze product line performance, customer profitability, and cost optimization opportunities. Identify financial and operational risks and proactively recommend process improvements. Support compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards. Refine interactive dashboards and executive-ready visuals using Business Intelligence tools Serve as a cross-functional partner across logistics, operations, and technology teams to solve real-world problems with financial rigor. Lead ad hoc analysis and support special projects including capital expenditure planning and business model evaluation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 35 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, etc.). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, or similar). Strong command of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting best practices. Excellent communication skillsyou can translate complex numbers into plain business insights. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Bonus: Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data manipulation. Bonus: Experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
