Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain semiconductor processing equipment (e.g., photolithography, etch, deposition, metrology, packaging). Load/unload wafers and ensure proper documentation and handling. Perform routine equipment startups, shutdowns, and calibrations. Assist in troubleshooting and recovering process deviations or equipment issues. Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols. Accurately record data and maintain production logs and reports. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to support process improvement initiatives. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the cleanroom environment. Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Computer & communication skills. U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to work in a cleanroom (gowning required) and handle small, delicate components. Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in FOD controlled lab environment. Familiarity with shop order or manufacturing execution systems (MES). Associate degree or technical training in Electronics, or related field. Experience with legacy semiconductor tools, including both wet and dry processes. Exposure to low-volume, high-mix R&D or prototyping environments. Basic understanding of process flows across front-end and back-end semiconductor fabrication.
