Nobel Biocare Territory Representative
The Nobel Biocare Territory Representative is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals mainly in dental clinics and/or dental laboratories within an assigned territory, through the effective selling and promoting of Nobel Biocare products, solutions and services to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives. Primary duties include developing and implementing a sales plan, analyzing and assessing customer and territory sales trends, maintaining regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships, identifying and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers, developing and maintaining relationships with key influential thought leaders, developing and maintaining accurate customer files and records, reporting to management about any product issues, loss or potential loss of key customers, or competitive sales strategies, studying and staying informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all company policies and procedures, establishing and maintaining a travel schedule, managing assigned geographical territory within allocated expense budget, completing all administrative paperwork in a timely manner, and participating in (inter-)national and local trade shows and company meetings as appropriate. Job requirements include a Bachelors' Degree or 3+ years of successful outside sales experience in lieu of education, 2+ years of B2B sales experience; implant or digital dentistry experience highly desired, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, and candidate must reside within the designated geography/territory of Las Vegas, Henderson, NV. Preferred skills/experience include successful track record in B2B sales, proficiency with and/or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite/ Microsoft Dynamics CRM, strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to digest, comprehend, and verbalize technical equipment and software, team player who can work independently, advanced negotiation, presentation and closing skills strong ability to influence others, hunter-mindset actively approaching customer prospects.
