Req#: 4846 The contractor shall perform work that applies a broad theoretical and practical knowledge of Agile-based software engineering with responsibilities such as, but not limited to: Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing all types of documentation for: Planning, Requirements, Design, Coding, Support, and Testing Source code, configuration files, and engineering resolution support Determining operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions Demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and code comments Determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming/coding and installing solutions Improving operations through systems and process analysis, and recommending policy and procedural changes Advising on (licensed) software procurements by researching, analyzing, comparing, and documenting vendor and product results, including installation, configuration, and testing Providing information and recommendations by analyzing and summarizing development and service issues Completing related results to support engineering and organizational missions Developing software solutions by studying requirements, user stories, system/data needs, consulting with users, analyzing system flow and data usage, investigating problems, and following Agile lifecycle practices Evaluating software technologies such as containerization, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and maximizing SDLC automation Ensuring rigorous application of cybersecurity policies and practices in software delivery Job Requirements

Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field with at least three years of relevant experience, including three years in the DoD OR, seven years of related experience with proper certifications, with five years in the DoD Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance Applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
