Secondary Location:
Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Job Summary
Provides customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Contributes to the unit's success by providing customer service to customers.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follows university and store operating policies and procedures
2. Provides quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized by request
3. Engages with customers and responds to customer needs by delivering legendary customer service
4. Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers cues
5. Communicates information to manager
6. Assists with new employee training
7. Follows FIFO methods, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
8. Maintains a clean and organized workspace
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience On-the-job training provided
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferred Qualifications ServSafe certified
Preferred Educational Qualifications An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
Preferred Experience Previous experience as a barista in a fast food establishment
Proposed Salary
