Manage and coordinate all aspects of quality assurance activities with various levels of risk and complexity within a single site. Confirm requests for quality support from the site and communicate policies and procedures. Act as a proactive liaison with customers for quality assurance across site(s). Develop, manage, and oversee site quality resources. Support regional and sector QA and Regulatory Compliance initiatives, as required. Support validated processes for regulated hardware, equipment, and software systems. Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system, including management review, CAPA, audits, self-assessments, change control, document control, and SOPs. Manage regulatory licenses, permits, and registrations. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding products and services, assessing performance to cGxP, contracts, and customer requirements, reporting to management. Validate systems and equipment, and maintain change control processes. Lead regulatory, customer, and third-party audits. Monitor training and development of site associates for compliance. Manage Quality Technicians and hire/train/develop QA staff. Track and report quality assurance metrics. Act as primary customer contact for QA issues. Develop and distribute management reports. Lead continuous improvement projects and activities. Ensure customer service and business standards are met daily. Conduct inspections and standards confirmation regularly. Required Education and Experience
Bachelors degree or 1+ years relevant experience. Less than 5+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliant/certified. 3-5 years supervisory or management experience, preferably in a complex/matrix organization.
