We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Associate to keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll handle materials from start to finish-receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping-while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency at every step. If you enjoy staying organized, working with your hands, and supporting a fast-moving logistics environment, this role is for you.What You'll DoMaterial Handling & Storage Safely store, stack, and palletize materials using proper methods and safety guidelines. Rearrange storage areas to maximize space and support inventory audits. Inspect stored items regularly and report any signs of damage or deterioration. Shipping, Receiving & Logistics Package, label, and route materials for shipping or storage. Support inbound and outbound logistics by checking, documenting, and tracking shipments. Identify and report shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items. Maintain accurate records in warehouse and inventory systems. Equipment Operation Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts safely and effectively. Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on warehouse equipment. Administrative & Team Support Complete required shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation. Assist supervisors with logistics planning and day-to-day warehouse tasks. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse operations. Other Duties Take on additional warehouse and logistics responsibilities as assigned.RequirementsRequired Skills & Experience Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or material handling roles. Certifications: Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain). Technical knowledge: Shipping/receiving processes and inventory management. Familiarity with handheld scanners, ERP, or warehouse management systems. Basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency. Physical ability: Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically active work in a warehouse setting. Soft skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and reliability. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in regulated, contract-based, or high-volume logistics environments. Prior training in warehouse safety standards (OSHA or equivalent). Exposure to digital ticketing or project management systems (e.g., YouTrack). Advanced use of Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory platforms. Adaptable - able to adjust as our warehouse operations grow into larger facilities. Organized & detail-oriented - committed to accuracy in handling, tracking, and reporting inventory. Team-oriented - works well with others and communicates effectively. Tech-savvy (or eager to learn) - experience with tools such as YouTrack (ticketing/PM software) is a plus, but training will be provided. Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets at a basic level for documentation and reporting. BenefitsPay Rate: $22 per hourSchedule: 10am - 6pm, Overtime Offered
