The Production Controller is responsible for the scheduling, measuring, and purchasing for the installation and service of Bath Systems, Windows, Siding, Doors and Roofing. This position requires the ability to maximize the performance of the Market by directing daily, weekly and monthly operational activities by providing leadership, motivation, training and development to the operations department staff while maintaining Home Pro of West Michigans standing as one of Grand Rapids top contractors. Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day schedule of all installers, employees, and/or subcontractors. Ensure that all customer contract requirements are documented and executed to a degree that delights our customers. Utilize Home Pro of West Michigans management system (CRM). Manage customer contracts, appointments, and customer delight programs. Optimize productivity, inventory, and space utilization. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency via technology enhancements. Deliver a safe, secure, clean, and fair work environment for all employees. Perform staff performance reviews for the operations department with a focus on development and/or succession planning. Ensure that employees are familiar with and follow the routines outlined in the standard operating procedures. Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced. Ensure proper staffing levels by determining labor needs. Ensure associates and installers have tools, materials, and means to perform their assigned duties. Operate within the agreed-upon budget for all client sites. Coordinate the collection of performance measurements consistent with customer and company requirements. Understand process performance versus target objectives and implement necessary changes. Ensure workload planning and volume forecasting routines are completed. Ensure communication and execution of workshop action plans, projects, and best practices sharing/implementation. Manage warehouse inventory, including unloading trucks and staging product. Management: 2 years (Required) Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) Desired Skills

At least 2 years of prior management experience, preferably within the home improvement and construction industry. Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient. Strong problem-solving skills necessary for installations and service calls. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds to unload trucks and stage product. Incentives
