This role specifically resides in our Platform Integration division and will help support Enterprise Level Security & Modernization for IT, Cyber, facilities and personnel. Were looking for motivated and mission-oriented individuals to join our incredible team in the DC area! As a Cyber Network Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in protecting our digital assets and strengthening our security posture through proactive monitoring, analysis, and implementation of cutting-edge security solutions. This is a proposal requisition with a June 2025 anticipated award date. What you will do
Design and implement network security strategies to protect organizational assets and systems from cyber threats. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits to identify potential weaknesses. Monitor and analyze network traffic using EDR, NDR, and NIDS tools for threat detection and response. Perform proactive threat hunting and security compliance checks in near real-time. Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, IC, DOD, and NIST policies and guidelines. Develop and maintain critical program documentation that may include Corrective Action Plans, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), Risk Management Framework (RMF) materials, system ATO requests. Provide innovative recommendations for improving cyber network defense capabilities. Distribute and analyze trusted industry security advisories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security improvements.
What we are looking for
9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. Strong background in configuration management procedures and documentation. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Active TS/SCI security clearance. CompTIA advanced certification such as CISSP, CISM, CASP+. Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, industrial, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
