Floor Inspector
Join our team as a Floor Inspector (also known as Quality Control Inspector). In this role, youll be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, using measuring tools like micrometers and calipers, and ensuring that all production processes meet the highest quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with the production team, maintain detailed records, and assist in the development of quality control processes. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of products against client specifications and work orders. Verify cleaning, sanitization, and component records, ensuring compliance before production starts. Oversee accurate line clearance and approval of products before production begins. Perform regular inspections of in-process and final products based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards. Maintain inspection records for both in-process and finished goods. Conduct quality audits (spot checks) to ensure continued compliance with quality standards throughout the production process. Identify and document product quality issues and initiate immediate corrective actions. Provide quality guidance and direction to line workers. Review and ensure Batch Production Records (BPRs) are complete before submission for QA review. Collect and submit product samples according to sampling guidelines. Ensure adherence to company policies and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills (barcode scanner, inventory maintenance). Strong math skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
