Wisdom is a high-end residential real estate company located in the heart of Del Mar. After eight years, we have just opened Torrey Pines Escrow, a DRE administered non-independent, escrow company. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Escrow Officer located in Del Mar, CA, with some work from home acceptable. The Escrow Officer will manage all aspects of the escrow process, including preparing documents for closings, handling notary services, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with real estate agents, brokers, and clients to facilitate residential real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process. Qualifications Experience in handling Closings and Escrow processes Certified Notary Public Knowledge of Residential Real Estate Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in a team Seniority level
