The role involves providing federal tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-held businesses. The Tax Manager will work closely with firm leadership, play a key role in business development, and mentor less-experienced team members. The ideal candidate is a CPA with at least 5 years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting at a public accounting firm. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field CPA with 5+ years of federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting experience, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, private businesses, estates, trusts, and investment partnerships Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Accounting or related field Technical knowledge to manage engagements across various industries Proven leadership and mentorship skills Strong relationship management and practice development abilities Capability to attract and expand client services Compensation & Benefits Estimated salary range is $125,000 to $191,000, depending on experience and location.
