Raptor Rooter & Plumbing is hiring a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team in Spokane Valley, WA. This customer service job pays $17 - $22/hour, based on your experience. This is a Monday through Friday job. Some weekend availability may be needed at times. Some of the service jobs we take on involve leaking pipes, sump pump repairs, sump pump installations, water heaters, frozen pipes, sewage backups, and more. No job is too big or too small for us to handle. We also offer 24/7 emergency services because we know that issues can happen at any time, day or night.YOUR DAY-TO-DAYAs a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will come into the office ready to help both customers and our plumbing technicians. You will answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians to customers' homes. You will let customers know when to expect someone and update them if there are any delays. You will work ahead to plan out the schedules, making sure our technicians' time is used wisely and that all job permits are ready.
