Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support a high-performance, fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility in Rosharon, TX. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of advanced manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems, as well as a proactive approach to troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Install, maintain, and service a wide range of production equipment and mechanical systems. Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical diagrams. Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks to prevent equipment failure. Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and robotic systems. Adjust and fine-tune mechanical components using hand and power tools. Fabricate replacement parts and implement machine upgrades. Operate and maintain tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters. Maintain clear and consistent communication with the production team and other departments. Keep accurate records and submit detailed maintenance reports. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. S

kills Required

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Required experience with Allen-Bradley RSLogix PLC programming. Preferred experience with Fanuc Robotics, RMCTools - Delta Controllers, and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI). Certified or able to be certified for forklift and overhead crane operation. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physically able to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proficiency i n Microsoft Office 365 and strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Proficient with common hand tools and power tools as well as usage of inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers, and meters. Education

Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or a rela ted field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Minimum 2 years' technical degree (Manufacturing Technology A.A.S.) or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and/or robotic systems. Additional Details

Flexible shift availability is required, including days, nights, weekends, and rotating schedules. Sh ift assignments are subject to change and may require early start or extended hours. Must pass ATF clearance, drug and alcohol screening, and background check. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
