You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientations, and executing training plans. You will also manage scheduling, address performance issues, resolve customer concerns, and oversee the restaurant's budget and financial plans. A successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a proven track record in people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions
Must be at least 18 years old
1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
Available to work a 50-hour week
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
Basic computer literacy
Reliable transportation
Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop for 80% of shift
Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
