Physical Therapist (PT)

Position Requirements & Responsibilities

Licensure:

You must hold a current or temporary PT license issued by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy. Experience:

A minimum of one year of prior experience is required, though new graduates may be considered with a strong clinical background. Patient Care:

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services, including:

Diagnosing patients' functional and movement abilities. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as exercise, manual therapy, and therapeutic equipment. Educating patients and their families on their recovery process and home exercise programs.

Documentation:

You must maintain accurate and timely clinical and administrative records. Collaboration:

Work as a vital part of a healthcare team, collaborating with other therapists, physicians, and staff to ensure the best patient outcomes. Specialization:

While not required, certifications in areas like orthopedics, geriatrics, or sports therapy are a plus.
