Physical Therapist - Outpatient

211 N Estrella Parkway Suite 103 Goodyear, AZ 85338
Incentives:
$20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Debt Benefit
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Compensation:
Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Join our team in a spacious clinic that is well equipped and has a wide variety of patients. This clinic treats a wide age range of patients, primarily treating orthopedic related injuries. Join a great atmosphere, with another PT, PTA and front office staff to round out this clinic in a great location. New Grads Welcome to Apply!

Responsibilities
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification
