Tential Solutions . Solution Architect (US Shared Platform Services) Overview We are seeking a Solution Architect to support a clients delivery platform and AI integration initiatives. This role is a hands-on architect who leads through code, not just concepts. The Solution Architect will own outcomes across the full development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards. This is an embedded role, working side by side with engineers to build a first-class developer experience. Responsibilities Define and deliver solution architectures across the full lifecycle, from design through production Contribute to code directly while guiding reviews, troubleshooting, and setting technical standards Collaborate with product managers, UX, and engineering teams to deliver aligned features and services Bridge onshore and offshore teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality delivery Champion CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native practices to enable scalable delivery platforms Mentor engineering teams, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement Qualifications 810+ years of engineering and architecture experience in enterprise environments Proven expertise in .NET, React/TypeScript, and cloud-native architectures Hands-on leader with a track record of contributing code and driving technical outcomes Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery models Experience mentoring teams and improving developer experience across global delivery models Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both engineers and stakeholders Location: US Commitment: Full-time #REMOTE Seniority level
