What You Will Be Doing
Engineer breakthrough academic frameworks that bridge the gap between learning science theory and real-world implementation Orchestrate high-stakes academic performance reviews, ensuring excellence across our network of academic leaders Conduct deep-dive analyses of our learning ecosystem, identifying critical optimization opportunities and implementing targeted solutions Spearhead strategic initiatives that keep all stakeholders laser-focused on accelerating student achievement Be the face and voice of educational innovation, from delivering compelling keynotes to shaping policy discussions with education ministries worldwide

Getting lost in isolated curriculum experiments that don't scale Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes Avoiding direct accountability by creating layers of management buffer Falling back on credentials or theories instead of demonstrating concrete results

Basic Requirements
Advanced degree in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or aligned field Proven 7+ year track record leading academic or EdTech teams to exceptional learning outcomes Demonstrated success in leveraging AI and technology to enhance learning velocity Established thought leadership presence through speaking engagements, publications, or advisory roles Expert-level performance management capabilities with experience leading high-achieving teams Sophisticated data analysis skills for diagnosing and addressing learning challenges Natural ability to connect with and influence diverse educational stakeholders
Nice-to-have Requirements
Leadership experience in founding or directing an innovative educational institution or EdTech venture Proven ability to navigate complex international and cultural educational landscapes Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles, particularly Bloom's 2 Sigma research

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
