Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care
Transportation if needed
Obtains and records patient's vitals
Incontinence Care
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Linen Changes
Laundry
Companionship
Medication Reminders
Requirements
Current, valid state certification and in good standing.
Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
If not CNA certified must take PCA Test upon hire.
Certified CPR
Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
Valid Drivers License
Valid SSC card
Valid Auto Insurance
