Job Position Description:
With a One Team mentality, you will perform services as assigned, following PuroClean production guidelines. Our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with restoration work on residential and commercial sites, while maintaining vehicles, equipment, and assets. They take pride in exceeding customer expectations by providing world-class service that sets us apart in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of the production processes effectively Manage mitigation and remediation projects assigned to you Motivate the tech team to meet project goals and responsibilities Oversee project timelines, resources, subcontractors, and crew coordination with the Project Coordinator Prepare inspection forms with detailed scope notes for estimators Prepare and settle mitigation and remediation projects Act as quality controller and complete estimate reviews promptly Communicate customer concerns to Management Engage with customers to explain services and build confidence Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters during claims Complete final walk-throughs with lead technicians for quality assurance Use the customer management database for all project documentation Coordinate new assignments with the Project Coordinator Guide promising job leads on-site Provide documentation for billing (forms, photos, invoices, scope notes, certificates) Analyze jobsites to formulate scopes of work Oversee job costing (supplies, hours, equipment, subcontractors) Negotiate job costs and scope with customers and insurance Lead on-call mitigation teams during after-hours Check on jobsites daily Review estimates and submit changes within 24-48 hours Train crew members and conduct performance reviews Travel as needed Perform other duties as assigned by Management or Ownership Benefits:
