Support the Product Owner

in delivering key features for the Power Desk Front-to-Back, including system setup, enhancements, upgrades, UAT, bug prioritization, testing, and building new interfaces. Enhance and support

in-house applications integrated with ETRMs. Collaborate

with a dedicated team of developers and vendors. Act as a 2nd level Support

for worldwide users, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring follow-up. Demonstrate a service-oriented approach

with a focus on understanding business needs and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Assist the Product Owner

in reporting and backlog prioritization. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities include: Gather requirements across locations and departments. Run workshops with Business and IT. Set up and model new Power Desk activities in OATI applications, especially regarding power scheduling, in collaboration with traders, infrastructure, security, DBA, and development teams. Write and maintain functional specifications in DevOps. Work closely with developers on integration, including design, testing, and post-deployment support. Report progress to the Product Owner. Document technical architecture and user guides, and handover to Support. Train 1st level support and act as 2nd level support for responsible modules. Profile/Key Skills: University-level education or equivalent experience. Experience with OATI applications, especially WebTrader. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ETRM or CTRM systems as a Business Analyst or Support role. Knowledge of Power Products and Derivatives in North America. Proficiency in SQL, database design, and report generation. Experience with API, FIX messages, and market data feeds from exchanges like ICE, CME, NODAL. Excellent customer service skills, leadership qualities, and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently. Fluent in English. General ICT skills. Desirable Skills and Experience: Certifications or experience in software design, development, testing, project management, or ITIL. Knowledge of Power queries and VBA.
