Principal Software Engineer - Software Integrator
to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role supports the U.S. President, the Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels, focusing on the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. Responsibilities
Implement, update, and maintain the C2BMC automation pipeline for automated scenario execution. Install and configure Linux and Windows hardware platforms, document procedures, and develop automation scripts. Create test plans, execute integration tests, analyze data, and prepare reports. Collaborate with software developers to diagnose and resolve integration issues. Ensure compliance with Information Assurance directives, including running IA scans. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD with 1+ year, or 9 years of relevant experience. Active DoD-issued Secret security clearance. DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+). Experience with Linux command line, application integration on Windows and Unix/Linux, scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Korn), and Git. Ability to travel up to 10% and work on-site with no remote options. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DoD integration, Agile, DevOps, VMWare, Java, and object-oriented development. Understanding of C2BMC operations, simulation frameworks, and installation manual writing. Additional Details
