Representing a leader in the industry, we are seeking experienced field superintendents with HVAC knowledge to join the team of a well-respected, well-established specialty contractor with offices on Long Island and Westchester County. Projects are throughout the 5 boroughs; Long Island and Westchester.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Super WILL BE directly accountable for all aspects of assigned projects from award to closeout. Work in tandem with our PMs, GCs and other trades, suppliers, etc., to create and implement project schedules to meet customer deadlines while managing project costs Ensure compliance with facilities and authorities and all health & safety requirements on projects Coordination of subs as needed Coordinating workers to meet project schedule Requirements:
3-5 years of superintendent/field manager experience and proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and on Budget. Completion of OSHA 30 hour course and NYC DOB SST62 certification Proficient with construction management software Read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications and governmental regulations Required Skills & Experience:
OSHA 30 NYC SST 62 Hour course
