Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Millbury, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Agency Temp to Perm
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a reputable company in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring efficient operations in the warehouse by picking, packaging, and pulling material, as well as shipping, receiving, and loading and unloading trucks.
Responsibilities Pull and prepare orders for shipment. Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times. Requirements
6 months of recent warehouse/forklift experience. No more than three-month gaps in work history (unless a reasonable explanation is provided). Ability to read and understand material slips. Forklift Operator experience is required. Ability to bend, twist, and pull for an 8-hour shift and lift 50lbs. Steel-toed boots are required. Preferred Qualifications (if any)
A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it. Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm with a half-hour unpaid lunch. Candidate must be flexible as hours could be adjusted, earliest start time is 6am.
