We are currently seeking a
Territory Manager
for the
Omaha, NE
area. The responsibilities of the Territory Manager include: Calling on established and new traditional and nontraditional retail outlets. Selling and executing brand-building marketing programs within these accounts. Introducing Xcaliber products into retail accounts that currently do not carry them. Achieving assigned sales goals and brand-building measures. Building relationships with store managers and owners by providing expert insights and advice, developing individual business plans. Enhancing product visibility through merchandising and point-of-sale advertising. Demonstrating company values in all interactions. Qualifications include: College degree preferred but not required. Strong communication and time-management skills. Valid drivers license. Ability to work outdoors in extreme climates. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Passion for sales and personal motivation for success. Basic computer skills. Problem-solving abilities. Additional Desired Qualifications: Experience in Tobacco, Beverage, Snack, or Candy industries. Leadership qualities and responsibility. Decision-making and problem-solving skills. Creativity, innovation, and strong communication skills. Broad business knowledge, organizational skills, honesty, integrity, and dependability. Self-motivation, adaptability, and embracing change.
