Role: Safety Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Senior Business Analyst

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst in healthcare or pharmaceutical setting focusing on clinical diagnosis. In-depth knowledge of Veeva CRM for managing clinical operation data. Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics. Serve as a bridge between the user and the IT personnel. Work closely with users and IT to ensure that the system is designed to meet business needs. Meet and interview users to understand requirements for systems. Document business and requirements for systems including business process workflow documentation. Coordinate software package evaluation and support the preparation of product evaluation reports. Support preparation of UAT plan and scripts. Participate in pre-UAT. Support users in preparing training materials, user manuals, and assist and facilitate the initial training of trainers of new systems. Document minutes of project meetings.
