The Retail Service Dispatch Coordinator 2 role at Kwik Trip, Inc. is your gateway to becoming a pivotal part of our Retail Facilities Management team as part of the Store Engineering Service Desk.At Kwik Trip, Inc., we maintain around 900 retail store locations across our network. Our Store Engineering Service Desk team is dedicated to ensuring top-notch maintenance and support for all our stores and service technicians.Job Description: As a Retail Service Dispatch Coordinator 2, you will play a crucial role in our Service Desk, supporting Retail Facilities Managers in managing case work across designated zones. You'll handle everything from reactive and preventative maintenance to dispatching work orders and coordinating with our service technician team and external vendors.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage work orders using Maximo software.Maintain Preventive Maintenance plans and service routes.Handle inbound calls and correspondence with service vendors and technicians.Collaborate across departments to execute large-scale projects.Assist vendors, stores, and technicians in using Service Channel effectively.Evaluate vendor estimates and proposals with a keen business sense.Keep store-specific information updated on Service Now and Maximo.Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Retail or customer service experience preferred.Aligned with Kwik Trip, Inc.'s core values of Honesty & Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Humility, Innovation, and Work Ethic.Work Schedule: This position offers daytime hours with flexibility.
