Position Objective

This position is responsible for effectively supporting the store leadership team, ranging across multiple levels from Regional Director to Senior Vice President. This position will support multiple leaders simultaneously.

Functional Responsibilities

Provides support to multiple field leaders, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished. Manages, schedules, and maintains heavy daily calendars including meetings, conference calls, appointments, and interaction with internal and external contacts. Plan and provide on-site support as needed. Plans and orchestrates work to ensure the leaders priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld. Manages, coordinates, and arranges travel and travel-related activities, including flights, hotel, transportation, meetings and meals according to company policy. Manages a high volume of complex expense reports. Oversees and coordinates all space planning needs of department and partner with corporate facilities. Compiles and distributes agendas, documents, or presentation materials as needed for both internal and external meetings. Coordinates / liaisons cross functionally with various departments, including but not limited to with the executive assistant team as needed. Organizes team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite, as needed. Coordinate set-up of new associates paperwork including onboarding, as needed. Other duties as assigned.

This position may be found in multiple departments. Some duties may vary from dept. to dept.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree strongly preferred Minimum 3+ years of prior experience supporting executives; in a retail environment, preferred Desire to work in a fast paced, evolving and dynamic business Excellent skills utilizing Microsoft-based software: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Proficient with Zoom/Teams functions Must have experience doing complex expense reports Must have the ability to work with confidential information Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as meticulous attention to detail Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and in a cross functional environment Works well under pressure while having excellent interpersonal communication skills with all levels of staff. Team-player & collaborative Self-starter with a can-do positive attitude and roll up your sleeves mentality Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
