As a Testing Engineer in our Advanced Manufacturing and Production team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting production test systems and procedures. You will play a key role in verifying the performance and reliability of EPC Power's cutting-edge power conversion products. This is a senior-level position requiring hands-on experience with electronics testing, problem-solving, and collaboration with engineering and production teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain automated and manual test systems for production-level electronics and power conversion units.Develop and document test plans, procedures, and validation strategies in collaboration with product and design engineers.Perform detailed failure analysis, root cause investigation, and recommend corrective actions for failed units.Utilize and manage advanced test equipment such as: Real-time oscilloscopes Signal generators Spectrum analyzers Programmable power supplies Digital multimeters Frequency counters Improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability through continuous refinement of hardware and software testing tools.Support production with real-time troubleshooting and guidance on technical issues.Analyze test data, compile reports, and present findings to engineering and leadership teams.Provide technical mentorship to test technicians and assist in training on new systems and protocols. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field required.5+ years of experience in electronics or power systems testing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of test system design, automation tools, and hardware troubleshooting.Proficiency in test scripting or automation tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB) is highly desirable.Experience with power electronics (inverters, converters, high-voltage systems) is a significant plus.Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Working Conditions:Lab and production floor environment.Occasional travel between EPC facilities may be required.May require lifting equipment up to 40 lbs and using PPE in designated areas.Benefits:401(k) MatchingHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountLife InsurancePaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementEPC Power is an equal opportunity employer.
