Responsibilities
Expertly negotiate deals for buyers and sellers. Manage tasks with PLACE Technology. Convert leads into appointments. Participate in weekly script practices. Guide buyers to sign agreements and find homes. Engage in team activities per standards. Attend weekly training and Partner Calls. Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties. Demonstrate skills in pricing, staging, and listing services. Complete the PLACE Launch program.
Qualifications
Possess a strong sales drive and competitive spirit. Skilled in building relationships and identifying client needs. Effective communicator committed to outstanding service. Team player. Licensed real estate agent. 3+ years of sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Motivated to learn and develop. Proficient in handling objections. Highly organized. Willing to learn scripts and dialogues. Efficient time manager.
