Partner with executives, architects, and business leaders to align data engineering strategies with business objectives. Technical Delivery
Design and maintain large-scale, high-performance data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. Develop and optimize solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across multiple domains. Implement modern frameworks such as
Databricks, Spark, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Snowflake . Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of data platforms in both
cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
and hybrid environments. Collaboration
Partner closely with Data Science, Analytics, and Application Engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions. Lead incident resolution, production support, and continuous improvement for enterprise data systems. Serve as the primary technical authority for the data engineering team. Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in
data engineering
with at least 35 years in a
technical leadership role . Proven expertise with
big data platforms (Databricks, Spark, Hadoop), SQL and NoSQL databases, and ETL tools . Strong hands-on coding skills in
Python, PySpark, or Scala . Deep knowledge of
cloud-native data solutions
(Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery). Experience with
data governance, data quality frameworks, and security practices . Strong problem-solving skills, communication ability, and mentoring experience. What You'll Get
