DSI is searching for a Solution Architect/Senior Developer with experience in HR applications or processes (preferred but not mandatory). Experience working with Ohio's ERP (OAKS) is advantageous. The candidate will refactor an existing custom .NET/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure to meet agency needs. They should be able to work directly with HR professionals, understand HR terminology and business functions, and communicate effectively with project sponsors. They should be comfortable working on Azure projects, deploying code with Azure pipelines, and have functional knowledge of Azure Functions. Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT Architecture and IT Managers to design solutions meeting requirements. Develop, review, and maintain application source code following departmental standards. Create test plans, execute tests, debug, track defects, support UAT, and assist in deployment. Requirements
Prior experience with HR applications or processes (preferred but not mandatory). Experience with Ohio's ERP (OAKS) (advantageous). 2+ years of .NET Framework. 4+ years of Visual Studio, SQL Server, Asp.net MVC 5 & Core, Entity Framework 6.2, LINQ, Kendo UI Controls, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS 3.0. 4+ years of Azure App Service, with at least 2 years of Azure Blob Storage experience.
