Clinical Operations Improvement Specialist
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, this position will independently assess and identify best practices and opportunities to enhance the Clinical Operations team workflows. In addition, they will develop advanced analytics and reporting capability using Tableau dashboards for key operations metrics, including productivity, as well as present report-outs on gaps, trends, and opportunities. When relevant, the Clinical Operations Improvement Specialist will create standard work across the scheduling, compensation and other related workflows. This position will lead cross-functional teams and will interface with several clinical and administrative leaders and staff across the department to achieve the desired outlines and support change management. Operations Support The Clinical Operations Improvement Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on the Clinical Operations team and will collaborate with colleagues to identify and manage special operations-focused projects.
