Our client is seeking a Shop Helper responsible for setting up, monitoring, and operating CV line/s and other pieces of equipment under direct supervision associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.
Job Description
As a Shop Helper - Tape Head, you will be responsible for:
Setting up, monitoring, and operating CV line/s and other pieces of equipment under direct supervision associated with the manufacturing facility requirements Performing Tape Head operation, cleaning, and general setup, which includes loading and unloading products and devices in the Work Center Following safety guidelines and quality standards, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA), production schedule, setup instructions, and quality specs Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing/engineering specifications, quality assurance, and ISO requirements Training and assisting other employees as necessary Develop individual skills and collaborate with other functions to complete projects for the tape line Following verbal and written instructions, maintaining accurate records, and performing other duties as required

Setting up, monitoring, and operating extrusion line/s and other pieces of equipment under direct supervision associated with the manufacturing facility requirements Performing Extrusion operation, cleaning, and general setup, which includes loading and unloading products and devices in the Work Center Following safety guidelines and quality standards, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA), production schedule, setup instructions, and quality specs
Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing/engineering specifications, quality assurance, and ISO requirements Training and assisting other employees as necessary Develop individual skills and collaborate with other functions to complete projects for the tape line Following verbal and written instructions, maintaining accurate records, and performing other duties as required The above statements are intended to describe the essential functions and related requirements of persons assigned to this job. Have a 1 year minimum previous manufacturing or shop experience Able to read and interpret routine instructions Able to perform basic mathematical calculations Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools, and precision measuring equipment Good communication skills, safety oriented, and a team player Flexible and possess the ability to follow work center guidelines Education/Training/Certifications
Have a High School Diploma or GED Additional Requirements
Steel-toe boots Schedule:
Day Shift, Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday, or Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday, 12-13 hour shifts Night Shift, 11-12-hour shifts
Pay Rate/Salary
$19.00/hr.
