Working on multiple portals owning the requirements process., validating requirements, creating business process flows, UAT, etc. Working heavily with ERP and Data Warehouse team to review data about what orders customers have placed, status of those orders, truck delivery (transportation logistics software) for those orders, warranty and claims data, cases data, and eventually amplifying the portal with more data. Test functionality of what is showing up in the portal versus what is in their CRM. Primary stakeholder group is Customer Service.

Experience working heavily with data -- deal with a variety of data and leveraging fulfillment of requirements with Data Warehousing and ERP teams
Experience with a web accessible portal for customers to use tracking orders (NOT ecommerce space)
Excellent with owning gathering and defining requirements, process flows, UAT
