Admissions Coordinator
The Carpenter Health Network is building an exceptional team to navigate a full post-acute care continuum! Job Duties: Assisting with the coordination of patient admission and transfer process Complete insurance verification and authorization Communicate with clinical liaisons regarding patient status Assist with Medicaid application process All other duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements: Candidate should possess previous working experience with insurance companies to include verifications, authorizations and referrals. Excellent customer service skill required to answer incoming calls, meet with patients and family members and referring entities. Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a hospital setting.
