Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full Time Automotive Detailer. This position is located at the Shreveport Airport: 5103 Hollywood Ave Shreveport, LA 71109 and will pay $13.75/hour with the following incentives: an additional $.50/hour from 6PM close any day of the week and an additional $.50/hour all day Sundays. The available schedules are: Wednesday-Sunday: 3:00pm-12:00am and Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 6:30am-3:30pm. As an Auto Detailer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone. You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, to ensure they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals. Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include: cleaning, sanitizing, vacuuming, and preparing vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols; washing, cleaning and drying the vehicle's exterior; checking fuel level and warning lights, inspecting windshield for damage, factory resetting/restoring vehicle settings to clear prior customer data, checking for customer items and placing anything of value in Lost & Found, verifying that registration is present, current and matches the license plate; checking fluid levels and adding as needed; checking tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspecting vehicle exterior for damage; fueling and staging vehicle; inspecting vehicle for any safety concerns; reporting any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pulling vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary; maintaining a clean and orderly work area and reporting any unsafe or hazardous conditions; operating tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors; assisting customers when needed; helping maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations; site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location. Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting; maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality; perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old; must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years; no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years; must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future; must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
