$130-140k About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client, a rapidly growing and well-established organization, to hire a Senior Manager, Benefits. This role will be instrumental in leading benefits strategy, administration, and employee engagement initiatives for a large and diverse workforce. Job Description: The Senior Manager, Benefits is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and administration of health, welfare, and wellness programs. This position will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive process improvements while enhancing the employee benefits experience. The role involves leadership, cross-departmental collaboration, and vendor management to ensure programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational values. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate benefits strategies, including health, welfare, and wellness programs. Oversee benefits compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.). Lead the annual open enrollment process, including communication planning and project management. Build and maintain vendor and broker relationships to ensure high-quality service. Monitor market trends and recommend enhancements to maintain competitive benefit offerings. Oversee plan renewals, cost modeling, and design recommendations in collaboration with leadership. Manage benefits administration, including eligibility, billing, and claims resolution. Deliver benefits education campaigns to increase employee engagement. Supervise and develop a team, fostering a collaborative, employee-first culture. Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in benefits administration. 3+ years of leadership experience, managing at least two direct reports. Experience working in mid-to-large-sized organizations (2,000+ employees preferred). Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and executive presence. Proven ability to partner with leadership, managers, and HR teams. Solutions-driven mindset with a proactive, employee-first approach. Preferred: Retirement plan experience, Total Rewards background, Dayforce or Business Solver knowledge, and change management expertise.
