Angular 17 MS SQL Server What You'll Do
Analyze and reshape current architectural design; identify and resolve technical gaps and misalignments. Define the technical roadmap and align architecture with business goals. Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to ensure high-quality architectural decisions and consistency across the platform. Act as a technical mentor to developers, reviewing architectural decisions and guiding implementation standards. Drive architecture best practices in a complex hybrid methodology environment, balancing Scrum-based development with Waterfall-style oversight. Ensure platform scalability, accessibility (especially WCAG compliance), and maintainability. Job Requirements
8+ years of experience in software architecture, including .NET-based enterprise systems. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure. Proven leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning software architecture to product requirements. Experience designing secure, scalable, and performant systems. Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex technical ecosystems and gain consensus on solutions. Experience working in hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum + Waterfall). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English level: Professional/Fluent (B2+/C1) verbal and written.
