Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in technical roles (Solutions Architecture, Consulting, or Engineering) with exposure to media workflows, cloud infrastructure, or related fields. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure), including compute, storage, networking, and hybrid architectures. Familiarity with M&E workflows and a willingness to learn industry-specific tools and processes. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot cross-stack technical issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Responsibilities: ISV Onboarding & Integration:

Provide hands-on technical support to ISVs, ensuring their solutions are optimized for OCI. Address integration challenges, troubleshoot issues, and guide ISVs through Marketplace readiness. Solutions Development:

Contribute to the creation of a Solutions Library, including whitepapers, reference architectures, and deployment templates that combine OCI services with ISV tools to address common customer challenges. Customer Deployment Support:

Collaborate with Strategic Customer Engineering and sales teams to design and implement custom workflows. Technical Advocacy:

Serve as a technical liaison between ISVs, customers, and OCI product teams. Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to align technical solutions with business goals. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
