We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDM to drive sales of our
Flash Storage(SSD), DRAM memory modules, Embedded Peripherals, and even
AIoT system products across diverse vertical markets. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling
technology solutions to customers in industrial applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and
business objectives.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by proactive prospecting
and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their
requirements to provide standard or customized solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product management,
marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales strategies
with market demands and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and
demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products and
solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales
agreements.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and
customer feedback to management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of working experience in B2B sales with a proven track
record of success, preferably within the technology industry
General understanding of computer hardware products and functionalities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter, team player, positive attitude who can work independently
without constant supervision.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify and address customer
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Develop new business! We are looking for someone who can manage the
whole sales process from beginning to end. That means from prospecting to
closing and maintaining/building relationships.
Set up meetings, face to face visits, develop relationships with key
customer's & decision makers. Target audiences are: Engineer Managers,
Hardware/Software Engineers, Design engineers, and Product Managers.
Generate leads.
Attend trade shows to promote the brand.
Prepare RFQs.
Present solutions to design in new projects.
Successful track record with credible cold calling and follow-up with key
decision makers.
Demonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity
qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and
territory management.
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong verbal, written, and solid presentation skills.
Strong persuasive, communication, and negotiating skills.
Must be efficient with Word, Excel, Power Point.
Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
Exceptional time management skills
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with selling computer hardware solutions (prior software or telecom sales okay too) preferred.
Flash storage & DRAM, OEM background.
Understand industrial markets. Vertical markets include Energy, Enterprise, Military, Medical, Networking, and Surveillance.
