Civil Engineer
We are seeking a Civil Engineer who is adept at interpreting local SALDO, Zoning, Floodplain, and Stormwater Management ordinances. The ideal candidate will design site grading, layout, roads, and utilities utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. Additionally, they will develop gravity sanitary sewer and water system profiles and details, prepare cost estimates and technical reports in alignment with regulatory standards, and design and compute stormwater and erosion control facilities with oversight. The role also involves assembling permit applications for local, state, and federal agencies and supporting construction phase tasks, including inspections, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews. Creating and submitting as-built record plans to regulatory bodies will also be a key responsibility. Responsibilities Interpret local SALDO, Zoning, Floodplain, and Stormwater Management ordinances. Understanding of design and land development processes. Degree in Civil Engineering. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in land development is preferred.
