Sanitation Associate

Were seeking a Sanitation Associate to ensure our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Youll be responsible for cleaning production areas, removing waste, and maintaining restroomsall while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company guidelines. Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize production areas, including machinery, floors, and work surfaces Remove trash and debris to keep the facility tidy, including garbage disposal tasks Clean restrooms and breakrooms, ensuring a hygienic environment for all staff Follow GMPs and safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning agents, and protective equipment Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the shift Requirements
This role involves repetitive motions and consistent physical activity. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods in a fast-paced food production environment. Prior experience in sanitation, janitorial work, or a similar cleaning role (food industry experience preferred) Willingness to strictly adhere to GMPs and standard operating procedures Ability to lift, push, and pull materials continuously over the course of the day Dependable attendance and punctuality in a full-time capacity Basic understanding of chemical handling and safe usage of cleaning agents Willingness to work on weekends if necessary Non-slip shoes Continuous walking, standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling. Squatting for extended periods. Sitting is minimal but may be required intermittently Shift Availability
