Factory Location : Breinigsville, PA Compensation:
$25 / hour
Shift:
Day Shift 5:00 am - 5:00 pm Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs
Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications: - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience - Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred - Exposure to high-speed production or basic maintenance is preferred - Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience - Effective communication skills both face to face and over the radio - Forklift experience is highly preferred - Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively - Solid problem solving and decision-making skills - Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodation - Ability to lift and move high volume units per day, each weighing 50 lbs. + with or without a reasonable accommodation - Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature
