Position Overview The
Barback
supports the bartender team in maintaining a flawless bar operation. This role requires efficiency, discretion, and a proactive mindset in a high-standard environment.
Principal (Essential) Duties
Stock and replenish bar supplies throughout service. Assist with prep work including garnishes, ice, and glassware. Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar. Support bartenders during high-volume periods. Handle deliveries and inventory restocking discreetly. Qualifications & Experience
Prior barback or food & beverage experience in a fine establishment preferred. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
